All cookies are individually wrapped and good for 6 weeks upon arrival. If you need them at a later date, let us know in the "Special Request" part during checkout. We will make the cookies right before that date so they arrive fresh.

Turnaround time range between 2-9 business days, depending on order size & complexity. High order volumes or severe weather can also increase production time. Please add a Need-By Date in the "Special Request Section" during checkout. We work around the clock to get everything shipped in a timely manner. If you need it sooner, please contact us via the Chat Function, email, or phone. We are best reached through via email or text. Larger orders of 500 or more (particularly chocolate-dipped cookies) should to be placed 2-3 weeks ahead of time.

You can select Store Pick up when you reached the last page of checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a email link for you to confirm the day/time you'd come by. All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS mail. Average transit is 1-5 days, not including time to make your order. Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Box Addresses take additional delivery time.

Tours are currently only available for K-12 Schools & Youth Programs Please Schedule in Advance To protect immuno-compromised individuals in our staff, we are unable to offer Walk-In tours. Our store front is open weekdays for browsing with an assortment of cookies available for purchase. Please ring doorbell or call us, we're typically working inside. K-12 Schools + Youth Group Info: Minimum Group Size - 15 people Admission $4.00 per person Available hours: 10-3pm Duration: Tours are roughly 20 minutes. Includes a detailed tour about the history of the factory, how fortune cookies were made. Group maximum is 17 people per round, so if you have 30 individuals, it'll be split into 2 groups. We offer up to 5 custom messages for orders of 100 cookies or more. Additional fortune messages can be added at extra cost by clicking on this link. For multiple fortunes: Add each fortune message as a separate set of cookies. If you have 5 custom messages, your cart would have 5 sets of cookies, each with a separate message.

Cookies & messages are mixed together so if you need to have the messages separated, there is an extra fee. INGREDIENT LIST: FLOUR (WHEAT), CANE SUGAR, RBD Vegetable Soy Bean Oil (LECITHIN FREE) We DO NOT use nuts, milk, or eggs. We do not add preservatives or additives. On occasion we process sesame cookies at the end of the day, machines are cleaned thoroughly daily. ​ We purchase chocolate from a manufacturer that is NOT nut-free, so it may contain trace amounts of nuts (according to their label). Some of our sprinkles are made with CORN products. Our tropical cookies are made with FRUIT OIL & EXTRACT. The chocolate ingredients are stored and made in a separate room from the rest of the facility, so non-chocolate cookies won't be in contact with them. We recommend ordering our classic cookies if you're worried about dairy or corn as they are processed separately. ​We take allergens very seriously, so if you have a specific allergy we are happy to double check our ingredients for you. Please contact us if you have any allergen questions. We are a nut free facility.

Yes. With the exception of our chocolate dipped cookies, our traditional & tropical cookies are vegan and contain no animal products.

Our factory does not process animal , diary, or poultry products. The flour,sugar, and ingredients used are all certified Kosher. We are currently awaiting our certification for our products to be officially listed as Kosher,
